Washing:

Generally, ironing is not necessary as polyamide and elastane are wrinkle-resistant.

Bleaching:
Do not use bleach or chlorine as they can damage the fibers and affect the garment's color and elasticity.
If necessary, use a non-chlorine bleach for stain removal, but always test on a small area first.
Storage:

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent fading and degradation.
Fold garments neatly to avoid stretching and distortion of the fabric.
Avoid hanging heavy garments, as this can stretch the elastane fibers over time.
Stain Removal:

Treat stains promptly by blotting with a clean cloth and cold water.
For tougher stains, use a mild stain remover that is suitable for synthetic fabrics.
Avoid rubbing the stain as this can damage the fabric.
